NOTICE

The following is a legal document. As notice of an official Magistrate has not been made public concerning the trial of a one Bailos Myrdra, the follow legal writ addresses Cheif Justice Spawn.

ARTICLE ONE
The defendant, Bailos Myrdra, hereby formally requests that a change of venue be made. It is the unanimous opinion of a professional legal counsel that it would be overwhelmingly statistically improbable that the defendant would be capable of receiving; (1)fair and unbiased treatment from a locally appointed magistrate and (2) fair and unbiased treatment from a pool of jurors designated by authority of the city-state of Sanctus. Legal counsel requests input on a newly designated location of trial.

ARTICLE TWO
The defendant and legal counsel request a representative be allowed to a committe of no more than three professional legal counsels in order to screen a pool of potential jurors. Counsel firmly believes this is an integral part of receiving a fair trial.

ARTICLE THREE
The defendant and legal counsel formally request that they be allowed ability to approve the selection of Magistrate. The defendant would not presume to select a magistrate, merely affirm.

To Lord Bailos Myrdra

I have received a document from you a few moments ago and read it over. Since you never mentioned this so called legal counsel to myself or another member of Sanctus, I'm afraid I must deny the requests made by you and your counsel.

You shall be tried in a Sanctus courtroom by a jury consisting of the city's people since you did commit these crimes within Sanctus borders. These jurors have been properly selected by myself and other officers of Sanctus. As for the Magistrate, since one was not appointed in Sanctus I shall be the one presiding the trial. I can assure you that all parties including myself shall be fair and unbias as required by law. I can give you my word Bailos that everything is being done to make sure this trial shall be fair in everyone's eyes.

As for this professional counsel of yours, I shall be willing to allow them to come to Sanctus and speak to me on this matter. As for the trial itself, you shall be informed by a public notice of the date and time of your trial. Thank you and Good Day
