Decree for Ethan Teach

Decree for Ethan Teach's Custody
In accordance with the submission of the PERSUANTS request (Dealthagar, Herald of Oblivion, DA! Formerly of OES; hereby referred to as PURSUANT) and the needs of the well being of the AFFECTED MINOR (Ethan Teach of The Hedge Run Barony; hereby referred to as AFFECTED MINOR), this executive action had been reviewed and judgment has been issued.
It is the opinion of this body that the biological parents (Ragnar Teach, Baron of the Hedge Run Barony and Molly Teach, Baroness of The Hedge Run Barony; hereby referred to as AFFECTEES) of said AFFECTED MINOR have failed in their duties as parents, guardians and caregivers for said AFFECTED MINOR.
It is the judgment of this legal body that said AFFECTED MINOR be turned over to the PURSUANT in interest of the AFFECTED MINORS well being and care. This body has seen and reviewed the facts and proof relating to this case, as well as the affidavit penned and signed by said AFFECTED MINOR.
It is also the judgment of this body that the AFFECTEES be stripped of all legal rights to the AFFECTED MINOR. In the eyes of the law, the PURSUANT has been granted all parental rights, and is tasked with the care, upbringing and general well being of the AFFECTED MINOR. Said AFFECTED MINOR is still heir to all rights and responsibilities as granted by bloodline and being the first-born son of a titled noble house.
The PURSUANT, as a landowner and citizen of Caina and the nation of Stygia has been given the executive right to defend this legal transfer of guardianship in accordance with Stygian and Cainan law.
