I. Military Assistance Guardians of Light and Stormhaven both pledge Military aid in times of need, be it defense or offense, and any other Military Operations.

II. Rights of Passage Guardians of Light and Stormhaven herby grant the right to each others territory for passage and use of common outposts.

III. Shared Intelligence Guardians of Light and Stormhaven, grant each other access to intelligence on enemy troop movement and other enemy activity.

IV. Trade and Commerce Guardians of Light and Stormhaven will establish and grow a shared trade and commerce between the two organizations and territories. Granting permission to establish offically recognized shops and trade carvans in governing territories.
