The journey continues....

It started on an Isle called Skye. A place I am sure you have never been. I am not even sure its still there. I was a squire in the army of its Lord. He died in a great battle leading us to a final victory and a peace we had longed for.

After the battle I was knighted by a knight of the leaders house. From then on I trained and served with the force that protected the Matriarch, Matilda. Her daughter and I were friends and enjoyed a most wonderful time learning many things. On a dark summer night, a mysterious storm came upon us suddenly and with no warning. Some of us took shelter on a ship that belonged to my new friend Melusine.

Winds howled and a strange glowing fog enshrouded the whole Isle. for hours we were tossed and twisted around... Finally a dawn came up sunny and bright. There was a new land before us. Landing we found that we had been transported to Britannia. Over the years since we have tried to sail back but in time we all gave up. Its hopeless.

Most went to work in the cities and towns using their skills. As I was a warrior , I followed my craft and became a paladin. Thru the years I have learned much and am much older now. Though I am slower , I have knowledge that serves many. I live now with my son, Akera, and have a room at a friend and also one at a second sons house.

A few years ago, our gracious King started an effort to have the towns elect their own governors.

A Lady Khaleesi became the Govenor of Vesper, the town i usually went to. I was asked and agreed to help form a vanguard to protect the town and its leaders, A fleet was part of the towns security. With Quacklebush our Admiral we had encounters with many enemies. In time we had a new stable built, then a citadel for the guards. As I grew older I changed jobs from commander to the Adjutant. A planner, and historian of the force.

I have made many friends here and love the town and my job.

To support myself I help my son gather supplies for his vendors.

A very lucrative venture, but time consuming.

There is always time to help others and to visit my friends. Now we have a new Governor, and an allegiance of towns have helped us secure the safety of a small town called Cove. Its a uniquely pleasant place with opportunities. And I might add a very good new Mayor. My friend Lady Tiffany Moon. what the future will bring I cannot tell. But we will do everything in our power to make it a safer and more productive hamlet.

I will have many adventures to come and new friends to meet. As a paladin I serve all whom I can. If you see me please feel free to greet me. I welcome chances to know more of the peoples here,and to be of service.
