He addressed the people:
"People of Skara I had plans of making this a great city, a city flowing of milk and honey like a beautiful valley in the gardens of Brittannia. I had plans making this a capital of a great power with a sword as strong as the sword of stampede. I also planned to protect this city like a rock over an ant hole.
Those plans are now gone for Skara as I am withdrawing from here leaving it neutral. I apologize for the mayor putting him through so much. All the people who died from our hand I also give my sympathy. I wish the best of luck to you all here in Skara, thank you."
