A cultist, formerly known merely as "Al," but in more recent days calling himself "Brother Allanis," who was imprisoned in the Trinsic jail for going about the streets rambling, propagandizing, and threatening the townsfolk with unhinged rants about his supposed "master" Juo'nar the Archlich, managed to escape by way of an Unlock scroll that was somehow smuggled into his cell.
Evidence indicates that he fled to the dungeon Deceit. He (and his possible co-conspirators) left another message there, further threatening the citizens of Trinsic, as well as the world of Sosaria at large.
