Greetings my fellow Moonglowers,
The time has come yet once again to do your patriotic duty and elect the Mayor of our fair city Moonglow!
Elections for next term will be held Saturday, April 27th, at 8:30 p.m. [EST] at the Moonglow Town Council Headquarters in Trammel.
Eligibility for voting is as follows:
Voter must be a Citizen of Moonglow. Citizenry is defined as either:
a)Owning a home on Verity isle.
b)Spending more than 50% of your time in Moonglow City's environs, or in territory owned or occupied by Moonglow.
c)Moonglow Aristocracy (landowner or benefactor).
or
d)Part of the Moonglow Town Council.
Citizens of Moonglow cannot be citizens of other governments or states, or opposed militarily to the government of Moonglow, with the exception of participants of the Moonglow Alliance.
Votes will be counted and tallied in an unbiased and fair manner and the victor will be announced the following day, barring any recounts.
Candidates will be able to sign up at any time before the date of the election, and will be able to campaign the entire week at their leisure.
Candidates for Mayor must be naturalized Moonglow Citizens.
