Travellers Trapped

Surly you've heard their pleas & shouts! Whom do I speak of? Why the stranded travellers of Sosaria, of course!

Hundreds of citizens have become marooned in towns & along side the forest roads due to lack of public transportation throughout our world.

Nobles begging for escorts. Crafters with their thumbs out. Brides & grooms who just wanna make it to the church on time, are all finding themselves left out in the cold due to the lack of reliable public transportation.

Take for instance Todd, a bridesgroom who is currently stranded in Nujel'm. "I've been waitin' 'ere for 3 weeks now. I was suppose' to be married last Tuesd'! Susie is never going to forgiv' me," he sobs into his feathered cap!

& then there is Remington, adventurer extrodiare, who is off to see the world, as soon as he can find an escort out of Cove! "I would walk to the moongate," he says timdily. "But I hear there are rodents of unusual size in the forest near here. I'd rather hitch a ride."

Something must be done to help these road weary people to reach their destinations!

'Occasionally a compassionate soul will pop into town & take a few desperate travellers along their way," says Addie a Covian native.

"But there never seem to be enough of those kind hearted souls to make much of a dent in the horde of trapped travellers."

It's very clear that Sosaria is in dire need of a mass public transit system. Walter, head of Sosaria's Department of Public Transportation, told us that King Casca has ordered the department to draw up plans for a public chariot system.

"We maintain & staff the public ferries, as it is," Walter explained. "I guess it never occured to us that this would be an issue. We just thought everyone that lived here could ride a horse!"
