THE COMING OF THE CHILD OF LIGHT

Hear me Dark Ones, I'm the one who's future has no secrets.

I am the never living, and ever dying.

In this book I will leave thee the key to one of the future's secrets, the coming of the Child of Light, the one that will revert the image of this realm to its prior state, the one named Mystick. As I imagine by this time Britania would be divided into two different realms, which, one of these you have already conquered, I believe thou do not want to lose the realm of Felucia, asi I believe you will name it.

Here I leave you the Ritual of Blood, the Sacrifice of the Child of Light. She must die, this must be done with any question, because know this, Light will know of this Chuld and seek her safety, she is their last chance to restore their world of Light, so do not question this book.

BLOOD SACRIFICE

Concerning the Ingredients

This ritual will not be an easy task, thoug shall need special ingredients, and here I will name them:

-6 blood vials from blood elementals

-6 blackmoor from lich lords

-6 bones from bone knights

After acquiring these ingredients thou shall need to seek the assitance of a Master Alchemist, only one devoted to the Path of Darkness will be able to perform the right mixture of ingredients and join them into an ancient balm. Keep this recipe in a secured location.

The ingredients must be fresh thou shall need to collect them from the source, other wise it will not work, and then thou must hurry and deliver it to the Master Alchemist, he will know what to do with the ingredients.

Concerning the Victim of the Sacrifice

First thou must undress the Child, then you will use the ancient balm on her, covering all her body with it.

Take the Child, naked, lace her on a block with throat turned upward, so that it may be easier for you to cut it: be ready with you knife, and cut the throat at a single stroke. Have a care that two blows be not needed, but let it die at the first.

To perform this ritual thou will need six enlightened persons on the Path of Darkness, all wearing black robes, with five of them holding torches and making a circle around the child, while the sixth person will do the Blood Ritual.

The Balm will also be used on the five torches.

The Blood Sacrifice must be performed in the Place of Birth...

Izrem's Copy Notes:

-The abrupt ending seems to have been caused by the size of the book. It is bound and shows no sign of damage or torn pages. The writer of this work either was incompetent and didn't realize they were out of pages, wrote the pages but forgot to bind them into the book or there is another book that has been lost. No other books were found on this subject.

-The nature of this ritual is quite foreboding. As it suggests that this act will doom "Lightbringers" to subservience to this darkness. I am unfamilar with this legend of the Child of Light or her fate. Two possiblities come to mind. One, this act has already occured and the child has been sacrificed. As lightbringers have yet to been subjugated, and even continue to have their high tides at times, this is an impossibility.

This however assumes that the ritual is real and not some fairy tale passed down by some evil being to give hope to the "evil" forces at work that they might win a total victory some day. Two, it has yet to occur. This is the more worrisome of the possibilites, for a lightbringer. If someone claims this ritual has already occured, then it can be assured that this is a failed ritual. But if it has yet to occur, then it cannot be certain when it will occur. However, all legends of a great savior, if true, exist on both sides of the spectrum. If no tales of a great savior can been found in the "Lightbringers" then this ritual is a farce.
