The city state of Moonglow has acted in accordance with the powers granted to a nation state and usurped the governance of Nu'jelm through war.

As a separate nation-state itself the city of Caina and the Tribunal of Entropy gives its most cordial congratulations to not only the Moonglow military but to the leadership of the Moonglow Town Council for its most daring and apparently bloodless filibustering.

The invasion has seized not only vastly increased the land holdings of Moonglow but it will also line the pockets of their leaders with wealth beyond their wildest imaginations with the lucrative trade business flowing from the desert jewel's port.

For these previously mentioned actions, we extol the exploits of the Council for their enslavement of the citizens of Nu'jelm under the yolk of suppression and tyranny. Caina lauds these measures and we wish to offer our military forces to work jointly in the suppression of Nu'jelm with the Moonglow Militia and to open trade routes from Caina to the liberated docks of Moonglow.

This enlightenment of the inhabitants of the Isle of Verity came as quite a surprise but this sudden change of ideas is enough for us to welcome them as brothers in our beliefs.
