The Tindome'Tal Pact

We the people of Moonglow and of Tindome'Tal and the Elven Fellowship have agreed in recognizing that the question of Elven/Moonglow relations is of most importance to the two powers and Sosaria as a whole.

We regard the agreement signed below as symbolic of the desire for our two peoples to work together for the common good. The People of Moonglow and Tindome'Tal have agreed to the following:

a) The Moonglow Alliance will defend the lands of the Elven Fellowship from all external threats, militarily, economically, and diplomatically in exchange for its membership in aforementioned Alliance.

b) The isles of Moonglow and lands of Tindome'Tal will open travel and trade to each other unhindered by taxation or embargo as well as defending their frontiers together as partners.

c) The state of Moonglow recognizes the Elven Fellowship as an equal. The Elven Fellowship will govern it's lands under its sovereignty and the people of Moonglow and the Moonglow Alliance will respect the laws of the land while upon the soil of territory owned by Lia Fail.

d) The competent leadership of The Moonglow Alliance realize that each power has it's own goals and methods. As such, parties agree to never work to undermine the actions of the other member's of the Alliance.

e) The City of Tindome'Tal is, from the signing of this pact forward a member of the Moonglow Alliance with all due appropriations and voices granted by membership.

f) All economic transactions between the members of the sovereign nations within The Moonglow Alliance will occur under the perview of the Moonglow Town Council and its vassals.

g) Moonglow and the members of the Moonglow Alliance reserve the right to establish a functional embassy within the Elven Fellowship at such time as the Moonglow Alliance deems appropriate and the Elven Fellowship wills it.

h) Additions to the Moonglow Alliance will occur at the discretion of the Moonglow Town Council and member nations and city-states.

i) Current states of ideals, methodologies, cultures, and laws will remain mutually independant, with the single exception of: slavery as a practice, worked upon humans and non-humans alike, is strictly denied.

j) A state of permanent non-aggression and shared military action will be observed by member governments. Rights-of-passage are granted for every controlled territory by either party as well as mutually controlled territories.

k) A research pact is considered enacted in the signing of this document. All research that is conducted with discovery and conclusion, physical, meta-physical, magickal, and otherwise is to be shared with no others without the date also being provided to the Moonglow Alliance. Under no circumstances, however, will the Elven Fellowship disclose date to an enemy of the Moonglow Alliance.

l) The Elven Fellowship reserves the right to peacefully resign from the Moonglow Alliance, without disclosing any secrets of the Alliance, at any time in the future if those of the Fellowship do not condone actions taken by the Moonglow Alliance on more than one occasion.
