Title: The Artisem Laws

1. All demi-humans that are not aligned with either the Shadow Conclave and/or the city of Caina will be forbidden to enter the city of Caina under penalty of death.

2. Demi-humans that are not aligned with either the Shadow Conclave and/or Caina that wish to enter the city must apply for a visa through the office of the Mayor and/or the Magistrate.

The Mayor and/or Magistrate will have the only decision making authority as to if the visa will be granted or not.

3. Any Caina citizen that finds non-authorized demi-humans within Caina is to make a report to the Caina Militia immediately. Furthermore, any citizen of Caina that is found to be assisting a non-authorized demi-human within the boundaries of Caina will be placed under arrest and shall await trial under the Tribunal, with facing the penalty of execution.

4. Beings of Infernal or Undead nature are not considered demi-humans.

5. The Tribunal of Entropy reserves the right to enforce this law at all times within Caina. Should the Tribunal feel that a non-authorized demi-human has a place within Caina then it shall be so.
