-The following is a declaration of the Light.-

The collapse of the aristocracy known as the Regency, and all of those organizations that swear fealty to this group, is at hand.

A movement of the people - the common men and women of Britannia - draws ever closer, and it will be their own calloused hands and valorite will that breaks the tenuous hold that these false leaders hold over the heads of the citizens of these realms.

These so-called Kings and Queens and Dukes have no rightful claim as lords, nor do they provide for the common good of all men. Their decisions are self-serving and their greed is well known by all. A government whose sole purpose is not that of effective governance and the betterment of the common good can not and will not be allowed to stand.

This day marks the beginning of the collapse of the Regency. On this day begins the birth and the subsequent ascendance of a government created by the common men and women of Britannia. On this day Virtue again casts It's eye upon men and their doings, rising once again like a beacon of hope and trust and purity.

The Light springs forth, and the aristocracy will burn.
