We found them in the woods. See how craven they are. Even with their clothing. They lie. They disguise themselves as healers. What healer can cast flamestrike, Governor? The Velvet Shroud saw through their lies. Stripped them bare of their deceit. Tore the fabric away to reveal their true nature beneath.

Left their bodies as a warning. Did they come back? Did they return to the Well of Souls? Perhaps some will warn the rest. Warn them they cannot deceive the Velvet Shroud. The Council of Mages is our enemy. Your enemy. We are your friends. I am Nolin Zar. I am your friend.
