All residents or vistors to caina are under the following laws:

No worship/talk of the virtues.
No worship/talk of Oblivion.

There will be no Military prsensce in caina other then the Shadowform,
her allys or appointed officals.

All imported or exported supplies/traded goods are to be recordded with a
shadowform offical as well as a reson for thier use.

No event or ritual may take place in caina without permisson of the shadowform.

No unallied non human may wander the streets of caina without
dipomatic or other offical buissness of state. any non human resident may now stay out of there house while on caina
streets for more then one hour per day.

The freeing of slaves in caina without owners consent is expressly forbiddin.

Any infractions of above laws is punishble by death or other.
All law are subject to change and/or addition by the Rulers of the area.
