Alright, so Wednesday Tai and Isk will face each other in a battle of character criticism called a Sadane Contest. What this will basically be is a three round verbal battle where my char and Tai take turns to point out the character flaws and shortcomings of the other in a tasteful manner. More than just insult, the contest will allow Isk and Tai to denounce the value of their opponent (Isk denounces Tai while Tai denounces Isk) The two will attack the ethics and morals behind actions our characters have done in the past and nothing is bared unless its lies so long as its tastefully said. (and in that lies the difficulty)

Everyone in attendance will be given the chance to cast a vote for who they think managed to bring down the other the best/most tastefully. Since this is taking place in Magincia’s tavern social interaction between those in attendance is welcome. Consider it a tavern night with a bonus.

This reminds me of some show we flipped by over the weekend, where two people, usually black, would pair off and throw yo momma jokes at eachother. And then later on they'd make up raps about how the other person sucks. It was... interesting...

Fo shizzle?!

Pointing out the shortcomings of another in a tasteful manner reminds me of yo mama jokes and free style rap too, since that medium is incredibly tasteful.

Maybe next event we can freestyle and bring mothers into it, but this time... we will just stick to a gentlemanly contest of honest character criticism.

Never said it was tasteful, cracka. Just saying that two people who square off and start 'battling with words' reminds me of that stuff.

Will you two be wearing gang colors and flashing gang signs?

I always imaged that Isk was born much like the Urak-Hai of LotR...you know pulled from a darkest deepest place of Middle-Earth.
