She's doing homework... Confused

I haven't really done any homework in, well, about eight years, and I've decided to (like to do every once in a while) try to be better with my homework.

Will this affect your lives? Yes, terribly. It means I won't be playing as much for a little while. I know, without me, your lives have little meaning. But try to find a hobby or something to keep yourselves distracted until I give up on my ideals of being a good student and come back to playing every night.

I'll do my best to show up now and then, but certainly not as often as I used to.

Oh! No one better gimme that "Real life is more important than UO" crap! It's not true! Real life doesn't have elves, magic, demons and crazy, fanatical Moonglowians. UO is SOO much better. Laughing I live in a fantasy world, and I like it!
