The dark cave was perfect for her needs. There was already an occupent, but she didn't let that disturb her. He didn't look like he was going to be objecting anytime soon. She walked slowly around the cave, her eyes adjusting to the candlelight, taking in the various bones scattered all over the floor. The braziers near the coffin were a bit bright, but she could deal with that. There was even some gold on the sole table, if she needed to something quickly. The only issue was the cold draft flowing into room.

She went outside, listening carefully, hearing the howls from the forest, and gave a small, satisfied smile. Her eyes spied a small vampire bat valiantly trying to begin it's first flight, its wing stretched as it flapped weakly. With a small Kal ort por, she watched it stop its flapping, never taking that first exhilerating leap of its first flight. Alexis walked to the bat, and picked up the remains, tearing off a wing. She took a bite of it, and walked back into the cave, throwing the rest of the remains on the coffin. Good food, a comfty atmosphere: it looked like Alexis had finally found the perfect home.
