hi everyone-

i was out of the game during the CoC drops and I was wondering if anyone had any for trade/sale??

I would like to take advantage of the pub59 quests.

Out of curiosity, how much are you willing to spend?

i only ask becuse my alt is in one of the bigger PVM guilds and there were more than a few people in that guild saying they had tons left over from the last time they dropped. If I knew your price range I could probably buy one for you and you could pay me back.

Hopefully someone in the ARPC community has a few extra though, becuase I'm sure they'd give you a better deal than what I could get you. Luna price for these things (as of last night) was 5mil+. Sad And then you still had to go gather the threads you wanted to finish the cloak off. Ugh!

On another note--they say it's pretty easy to kill a shadowlord at server up if you can a) Be in-game then and b) have the right damage skills + the blackrock to score in the top 3.

Anytime after server up though good luck...I hear the spawn sites stay wicked camped when the spawn timer comes due. Sad

man - i knew this would happen (price increase becuase of the pub) - i saw a guy willing to trade 20 threads for each cloak (which seemed reasonable to me) so I was going to offer to collect threads in exchange for a cloak....

If you have a then necro collecting 2 of the 3 threads is SUPER easy.

I had absolutely ZERO luck with threads of fate drops though---killed 50+ of those corrupt souls and NOT ONE THREAD! argh!

Luckily, there are enough non-necro people out there who wanted threads of thought and were willing to trade enough threads of fate for me to get my cloak of death. Smile

Hope you get what you need and if by chance you don't have a necro I'll happily grab you 20 threads of life and thought for you to trade for a cloak. Just lemme know if you need help.

i'm definitely good there Smile

I was able to collect (3) fate threads last night in about 45 mins or so - but you are right, i think i read on uoguide.com that the number is like 1/20 of the corrupted souls dropping a thread...the others were definitely much easier
