Has been doing this all around. Tried to sell another person's ICQ off for 50m.

A hacker is someone that gains unauthorized access into a computer system, regardless of methods used.
And it doesn't only work on the gullible, either. His method is rather good. Has -nothing- to do with someone being gullible.
AND, this isn't the thread to discuss that.

I tend not to seek justice on my own though. Just wait for a car to hit him. You know. Let a form of instant karma do its thing.
