|
I am contemplating returning and have a question regarding dyes. I try to dye my armor the secondary guild color of the KOS and havent found a really suitable color.
I tried yellow which is a bit too bright and orange with is a bit too dark. To give you a feeling of what I want, I am looking for a color about the background of this forum (the bright, non woody one), or (Ultima Online) copper armor. I am thinking about trying Bright Orange but since I havent played for a while and tried those two other colors, my funds are rather low, thus I think I'd ask first.
Anyhow? any suggestions? Maybe screenshots that show metal armor dyed in different hues?
The Great Dodo will be eternally thankful. _________________ Reality, the refuge of those who fail in RPGs

Dark yellow? It's more expensive, but it's definitely darker than plain yellow from what I've seen. _________________ (4:45:41 PM) Jarem: It becomes increasingly difficult to feel noble in my causes when my cause is to defend my charge from her own violent tendencies. |

Dark Yellow is darker than regular yellow? Get out? Seriously?

That's a lie. Dark yellow is brighter than yellow.

Scroll down for an image of all the different colors as they'll show on armor. _________________

thanks all for you help.
For the time being I went with Light Orange, which is, in my opinion a decent enough match. I might try Dark Yellow later, but so far I would have to get more gold.
I hope I see you all in game now and then. _________________ Reality, the refuge of those who fail in RPGs
