Xana carefully painted the adornments on the parchments, and with as much care added the calligraphy. After doing so, she posted the following at various banks, inns, and taverns throughout the lands.

Xana watched the family, both immediate and extended, toiling endlessly to prepare for the most sacred observance of the year. Though the weather was cold, there was a nearly tangible excitement buzzing through the various camps. The generous gifts from Umbra were the talk of the day. There was nervous tension as well as apparent joy as people worked and chatted together. Thanks to these gifts, the gypsies would be able to receive any potential guests with grace and pride despite their generally impoverished existence.

Nodding to herself as she limped toward the city proper, Xana thought to herself, This is the beginning of a new age for my people, and found the idea both delicious and long overdue.
