Alright time to put the creative thinking caps on! I want to rename the Quarter. "The Drow Quarter" sounds so.....wrong side of town"-like. I would like to be able to translate it to Drow so try the translator.

Better yet...let's make this a contest! I will choose the final name. Winner will get the Matron's favor....hahaha I kid, winner gets 5 million.

It's kinda long, and could be shortened, but I like the idea of denoting a place by meaning and seems almost un-translatable to the outside world. It creates more of a mood.

It means, "From here is born sorrow unto your world."
