I am Cal Hurst, current leader of the Infinite Mercenary Company, and future Warlord over certain pieces of Feluccan lands. I write to you in matters of importance that will undoubtedly effect not only you and yours, but the lands in which you live. The lands close to Blackmarsh.

Allow me to prelude this with a question at first. Why do you side yourselves with Sid and those of the Protectorate? I took you and yours for a strong kind; a kind that has no dealing with those who are weak and unable to defend themselves. Is it coin you are being paid to fight on their side? I'm no stranger to such deals, but I also know that coin is not the end all. I will elaborate on this further.

I also see, from a recent proclamation, that you find yourselves in alliance with those in Umbra. Again, I question the purpose of this alliance. Umbra is far from where you reside, and has a rather weak core army as well. While its Lich Lord may prove to be powerful, they hide, secluded in their corner of the world, with the threat of war on their doorsteps. Is it again coin that you find yourselves honorable to here?

You are neighbors to Blackmarsh. We find ourselves on opposite sides of the field, yet I believe we have more in common than you do with your current allegiances. I request an audience with you to discuss just what I have in mind, both for the future of Blackmarsh, for the future of you and yours, and finally, for the future of Felucca. Please respond with the earliest convenience at which you can meet. I look forward to hearing from you.
