The contents are as follows:

"Greetings Honorable Friend,

Your support for Yew has been exemplary and unwavering. In due time it shall be faithfully rewarded.

It is my wish to end hostilities in Yew, Felucca. I have spoken with the King, Sid, on this matter and he has agreed with me that it is in our best interests to cede that territory, en toto, to the rising power of Blackmarsh. We will be conducting a meeting to formalize this transaction of government. It will be based upon stipulations posed by the Mayor himself, which shall be beneficial to Yew, Trammel yet future.

As these measures are in progress, you are hereby relieved of the need to muster this day on the battlefield as planned. The order to stand down carries with it the will of myself and the King in addition to our unfeigned and eternal gratitude.
