The letter reached her mailbox, and in truth, she didn't really look at first. Yasa's mind was more concerned with matching shades of blue rather than, what she assumed, was the latest monthly bill of something. It wasn't until much later, going about her daily routine, one of which is collecting the bills to be paid, that she even realized that this might be important. Giving an exasperated sigh, she wrote back, muttering about mailboxes the whole while.

I'd be happy to meet with you. Will Thursday work for you, or someday past Wednesday?
