Lilyth sat on the side of her bed leafing through the book Lord RedWind had passed her at the Regency Meeting two evenings back. Still astounded at the books contents she read the words over and over to see if thier meaning could be at all misconstrued. Comforted that they could not Lilyth sat the book on her dressing table. Running a comb through her hair she noticed her half sister Eilan stepping through the door. Amused at Lilyth with a comb and in a skirt no less, she had to ask. "whats this? you with a dress and a comb?" her eyes sparking as she looked Lilyth over. "your up to somethng, I can see it written all over your face." Lilyth responded with a light flush and a glance to the book on the table. "Nothing is going on Eilan take your nosey self to your own room and leave me be. " Lilyth responded. With a quick laugh that unnerved Lilyth, Eilan spied the book and with a quick lunge grabbed it from it's resting place. Lilyth grabbed for the book but Eilan moved deftly out of arms reach being quite intent on reading her new prize. Taunting Lilyth had always given Eilan a certain amount of joy and this was too good. Spinning on her heals she said with a drawl of sweetness "so Lilyth has found a gentleman" she smiled as she hummed an old childrens tune. "I always told you wearing a dress would be an improvement."
Lilyth fell back on the bed with a sigh, "get out of here you, and I swear if you....." her voice trailed off as she heard Eilan singing merrily as she strode down the stairs..."Lilyth has a gentleman, Lilyth has a gentleman."
"Ah it's no use trying to hide anything from her" Lilyth settled into the pillows clasping the book to her chest. _________________ "Always forgive your enemies. Nothing annoys them so much."
