The Overlord of Umbra & Emperor of Southern Malas has expressed His desire to meet in person and treat with your Imperial Majesty on matters past, present & future. Given the amicable and upright nature of the people of Blackmarsh as viewed by the most obedient subjects of the Lich Lord, the Lich Lord wishes to speak to the leader of said people. Perhaps, if it would please the Emperor of Blackmarsh, His Serene Majesty and his Advisors should enjoy a feast with the Ebon Council hosted by the City of Umbra to celebrate and commemorate the first formal reception of a foreign leader to Umbran-Imperial soil since The Lich Lord ascended to the throne.

Until such a time as this meeting can be realized, the Emperor & People of Blackmarsh remain ever in the prayers of the Clergy & People of Umbra at the request of the Lich Lord, High-Priest of Oblivion, personally.

A letter carrier travels the roads of Umbra, he approachs Charnel Hill. His head is covered by the fur of a black bear. A robe of dull copper color covers his body, a valorite blue apron is tied tightly around his waste, shadow black boots cover his feet. The carrier rides on a massive swamp dragon protected by shadow metal armor. Both mount and rider gaze upon Charnel Hill, awaiting someone to receive their letter.

The Emperor Denzin Bracken, respectfully sends his reply. Your request for an audience will be accepted, on a date of your choosing. The Emperor and his advisors, will travel to Umbra, with expectations of a feast in their arrival. An audience will only be met, as long as the Emperors requests are fulfilled:

- No sacrificing of animals nor humans.
- No weapons in the dining hall for either parties.
- No prayers to Oblivion in the Emperors presence.
The Emperor also wishes for the Lich Lord to be present in his natural form.
- No masks.
- No animated flesh.
- No Adrien Garnier.
It is also requested that the Necromancer Azunda, be present as well.

If these requests can be met, a humble audience and formal reception will take part in Umbra.

The Emperor of Umbra & Lich Lord of the Ebon Skull in the spirit of hospitality known to friends of His Most Entropic Court grants your requests as stated, in full, whole and entire. His Entropic Majesty feels duty-bound in that same spirit of hospitality to remind His Serene Majesty that while Umbra is governed in large part by the undead it has a great number of mortal and drowish citizens. All sanitary precautions in the serving & preparation of food are seen to as they would be in any civilized city. All food & drink shall be Southern-Malasian in source and prepared by human-citizens. His Entropic Majesty also begs the Emperor's pardon in advance for not partaking himself in the feast, while he will be present.
