The establishment was known to me, your magnificence. As Warden of the Empire, I saw this as a opportunity to gain commerce and grow upon the financial and mundane aspects of city administration.

As this was a simple business establishment on the far western end of the Empire and not near the city itself, I did not see the need to bother you with such a trivial matter. As your Plenipotentiary, I find it a bit bothersome, that although I was within arm's reach of him, the Magus did not feel the need to address me about it there. After speaking with the proprietress of the business in question, she made it aware to him, that as your Plenipotentiary , I was aware and in residence there and that he should see me if there were any concerns. With your permission, I will approach him about this breach of ettiquette. I apologize profusely for your time being wasted by him.

As far as the legal matters, although under Article V. of the Articles of Supremacy there is no dispensation for the enemies of Umbra, under Article IV. of the Articles of the Forsaken allow for it if an escort is present. As I was present within the aforementioned resort from the time of opening until the time of closing acting as an escort, the dispensation was fufilled.
