The cloaked figure made it's way quietly through the territory of the Masked One and posted these. It made it's way through Vesper, Buc's Den, The North Seas Trading Post and the Double Dagger tacking this to boards:

Workers Wanted!
The North Seas Trading Company seeks able bodied help for it's grand opening. All inquiries are to be directed to Mr. Narshan at either the Double Dagger Inn just south of Malas in the Desert. Or the North Seas Trading Post along the Southern Coast of Vesper. We welcome those from all walks of life and all vocations. There is work for all in our trading company!
