This is in reference to my last post:

"Sweet Rivers" is a very old hymn I fell in love with when I saw it performed live in, of all places, the outdoor garden at a bar on the railroad tracks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. By a bluegrass band, at that. Sung acapella.
All credit for the lyrics go to a composer named William Moore, and the tune, loosely, as well.
I haven't sung a lick onstage in about seven years, and just sort of did this spur of the moment - so please don't hate on the singer.
Sorry, I could not find a way to upload it so that it would just play without needing to be downloaded by the viewer. |
