It was after the battle of Minoc that Valkor was called up in front of his bloodied comrades, before Bailos who towered in his throne.

"How could the prisoners have escaped?" Valkor stared forward like a true soldier, not bothering to answer. Bailos asked mockingly "Did they find the keys? I had the -only- set of keys to the cells Valkor!"

Valkor's comrades could only stare at him in utter disbelief as the truth became obvious. Valkor had been the one who left the cells unlocked and assisted the legion in freeing the innocent people

"Well? Anyone have a clue!?"

Valkor calmly addressed Bailos. "Lord I was the one who did it. Please stop, I know you know."

"Yes but one could only ask why!?" Bailos said furiously

Lord, I have slaughtered many men, without regret, without a concience. Every time I went home and could sleep. There was a military advantage to killing the men. There was reason. There was honor. The men had defended themselves. And been stricken down. There was no military -reason- to hold the Minocians any longer..."

As he said this Bailos furiously flung an energy bolt into Valkor's face. Valkor threw his arms in the way desperately. Valkor fell back hard on the ground. He spat blood out, he had a deep cut on his lip and his armor on his arms were singed. He got up, coughing and smoking from the burns.

"There was military reason you fool, I dont tell you everything!" Bailos was outraged. Everyone was dismissed but Valkor.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Later that day Valkor was called back to Bailos.

"Valkor Ive figured it out. You have two choices...one is to redeem yourself by killing 12 innocent citizens out of cold blood, men women and children."

Valkor flinched at this.

"Yes or no!?"

"No, whats the other choice Lord?"

Bailos eyed him sternly "I knew it...well you have no choice then...you will turn yourself in to the authorities for the murder of David the Paladine. When your punishment, whatever it may be, is over, then you are repaid."

Valkor accepted this with a nod "Will you come with me then...to sanctus?"

"Yes Valkor you will be by my side at sanctus when you turn yourself in"

Valkor looked pleased at this, like he was comforted "Thank you fath...Master Bailos"

*he caught himself...Valkor never had a family...as far as he knew this -was- his father, however harsh the discipline, he loved the man*

Nephi, engulfed with anger and hate towards Valkor, watched and waited patiently while everyone left the keep but Val. Taking this oppurtunity, Nephi swiftly leaped out of the orc fort tower and made his way towards the keep doors. Slamming them open with a big thud and dust everywhere, he yelled, "VALKOR" at the top of his lungs.

"Oh, good to see you friend", Valkor politely said and turning away from the tour he was giving to a investigator of Azeroth. "NO MIND GAMES VALKOR, IM GIVING YOU TWO CHOICES. FIGHT ME TO THE DEATH, OR TURN YOURSELF INTO SPAWN" Nephi yelled. "I dont like those choices", Val said trying to anger Nephi even more, "You see here... I make the rules", and with that Valkor slipped out his cutlass and wrapped it around he woman recruit's neck. "Now, drop your weapon and come upstairs with me." Knowing he had been beat, Nephi slammed his weapon down and made an unusual scream. calming down a bit he made his way upstairs. Now from the sight of cell doors, Nephi dropped to the ground, gasping for breath. "Get in one of those cells" Valkor said with an evil looking smirk.

"I cant" Nephi managed to say with all his gasping going on. Still holding the woman to his cutlass, Valkor cried, "I SAID GET IN." And with that Nephi got up like nothing happened and at the same time slipped his kryss out from his back sheath. "This ends now" Nephi said running towards Valkor. Seconds past and Nephi came out the victor. This time for real he gasped for air and made a dash down the stairs. Jumping up on LightHoof and galloped away as fast as he could.

Majikittii walked through the town of Sanctus, stopping at Hanses Hostel. While standing outside, she was approached by a gentlemen who introduced himself as Valkor. After introducing herself, they made small talk and she made it known to him that she was looking for guidance and a place to belong. The kind gentleman asked Majikitti to join him for a drink. She agreed and then followed him to The Garden. Once at The Garden, they shared a drink as well as more conversation. Majikitti spoke again of her need for a place to belong. Valkor told her that he might possibly have a place for her to fulfill that longing. After some careful consideration, Majikitti followed Valkor through a moongate. Upon their arrival, Valkor told Majikitti that this was The Keep and he would like to show her around. Once they entered the building, Valkor walked her into the main hall, where he told her to stand at attention. While he was inspecting her, a man barged in yelling at Valkor. Valkor greeted him as a friend would, calling to him by the name Nelphi. Nelphi seemed very angry, like he was looking for a fight. Majikitti listened quietly, she knew she did not have buisness in this argument. Nelphi and Valkor spoke to each other from across the room. Nelphi kept shouting about avenging David. Valkor continued to speak to him calmly, seeming to Majikitti that he was not trying to argue with this man. Nelphi continued walking toward Valkor and Majikitti, as he was getting closer she could see the rage in his eyes. Once Nelphi was about half way through the room, Valkor grabbd Majikitti fiercly and shouted for Nelphi to stop where he was and drop his weapons. This is when Majikitti felt the cold steal upon her throat. Valkor told Nelphi if he did not drop his weapons, the lady would be harmed. Majikitti could feel Valkor's grasp around her waist tighten, her eyes widened in shock. She was certain that this was some kind of "test". Nelphi shouted for Valkor to let the lady go free. Instead of doing so he pressed his blade into her throat, cutting her just enough for a few dropplets of blood to flow down her neck. Majikitti kept her gaze fixed on Nelphi, hoping he would do something to help her. She was not certain as to exactly what could be going on was this a "test" or was this for real? Valkor's grasp kept getting tighter around her body. Nelphi dropped his weapons. Hoping that this was all going to end soon, Majikiiti then felt the cold steal press into her throat yet again this time with a bit more force. Majikitti's bodywent limpand she blacked out....................................

When she came to, she was leaning agains a wall at the top of a stairway. Nelphi was standing over her, apparrently trying to assist her. She looked up at him and he disappeared. Looking around she saw Valkor lying in a pool of blood, she attempted to get to him only to feel as if her belly would tear apart. Majikiiti looked down in horror, she was wounded badly. A man came up the stairway and attended to Valkor, carrying him downstairs. He seemed to be unconcious. Majikitti struggled to get off of the floor as the man came back and lifted her into his arms. He gently carried her down to the main hall and placed her on a bench. After a few moments passed, Majikitti reached for her backpack and located a few items she could use to temporarily mend her wounds. She then struggled to get to where Valkor was lying, still unconcious. Taking what was left of her bandages, she tended to Valkor as best she could. She knew her wounds needed further attention, she was in so much pain. The only thing she knew she had to do was to get herself to a healer. Holding her belly, mustering all the strength she had left, she stood slowly, and painfully made her way to the door. Glancing back towards Valkor only once as the door shut behind her.
