Dear Sir,

I have heard of your order now present in Vesper. Allow me to introduce myself - I am Lady Arcana Arryn, head of the Knights of Sosaria, also a resident power of Vesper. I have ongoing negotiations with the Guardians of Vesper regarding my plans for a Vesper Council, for the betterment and defense of the city.

I would like to include you in these plans.
