Beowulf sat against the cold wet mountain, Kona'zak drove its head into his side. This seemed to be his new retreat, no problems or worries out in the mountains. His friends had left at a pivital time in the guilds existance, but it couldnt be helped.

He held a quill in his hand, ink sat on the ground beside him and a peice of parchment lay in his lap. He wanted to write to Ditto or Taro, find out what was going on in the other realm. Was there much point, would the letter even find them? He drummed the quill against the top of Kona'zaks feathered head. Putting the tip of the quill to the parchment he began to write.

How are things my friends? I assume all is safe and sound with Taro around, the baby should soon be on its way or already out right? I thought I'd write you both to give you some quick updates. They are mainly for Tarothin, but there are some for Ditto.

The last Regulator training went alright I suppose. Porthos gave us word that The Regency is apparently to good for our help. Apparently that Regent man wasn't around and didn't approve the idea so upon his return he cut the idea of us helping them. I gave my opinion on the matter, I'm sure you can figure out what I said.

As for the members of the Dark Order. I am under stress, but not very busy. Tati and I have choosen a time for a wedding, I think I informed Ditto of the time before you two left. I have not caused any fights with The Ebon Skull as of late, I actually havn't caused any fights with or enemies. I grow bored and am soon to have to choose someone to be my victim.

Beldon, I have not seen latly, but am pretty sure he is training. He wishes to try a different form of fighting, so I assume he's working on that.

Richard came to training for a spend of twenty minutes the other night. He was there to hear the news about The Regency. He was also kind enough to point out how bossy I am, for trying to keep training on the course of training.

Maximus has suggested a guild hunt on Tuesday, we will be raiding a fort and taking it for ourselves. This shouldn't prove to difficult if we have a proper amount of people.

Matty seems to be around more often now. He assisted me with some fights in Yew under the felluca moon. We came out victorious in most, and fell in a few others. He is also training as often as possible.

Shritana is showing more and more impressive each day. She beat most of the people of training and is constantly improving her skills. She is loyal and always there when I need a sparr partner.

Mairsil has been around often too, drank at Poets a couple nights ago. He seems to have ideas for the guild along with some tips for our fighters. He was quite helpful at training the other night, he worked with a few of the mages.

The others seem to be holding up fine and keeping out of trouble. I have not seen Aless nor Mave in a little while, but assume they will be around soon.

Why am I even writing this? It is impossible for this letter to reach you, I think. *the ink seems to fade a bit in the letter* I suppose I wrote this letter to reinsure myself of our guild and how we're doing.

Beowulf lets the back of his head slam against the rock. Petting Kona'zak he quietly sighs to himself.

"What are we to do? Just sit here and wait?"

Beowulf slowly pushes himself off the ground, walking over to the edge of the cliff he looks down. He holds the parchment out before him and throws it off the cliff.

"Was I foolish to even bother writing?"

Turning around he saw Kona'zak swoop past him. The hawk dove down and snatched the letter and sored off. Flying rapidly through the trees the hawk looked to be on a mission.

"Foolish bird, it will never find them. Unless he still has Dittos scent, than theres no telling what he can do." He sighed and turned back around, stepping off of the mountain he spoke the words "Kal Ort Por" and disappeared before falling into a pile of jagged rocks.

Zirazinn says you tried ta get your letter to us in a unsual way. I do nau know how it got in her hands but, she sent it along to Tarothin. If, in the future, ya need or want to get word to us, you can put the letter in the scroll tube provided. But only that tube, and give it to Zirazinn for delivery.

How are ya doin? I hope very much that Tarothin and I will be back in time to make yours and Tati's weddin. I know its a most special day for ya.
Tarothin is nau at home at the moment but I plan to show him your letter as soon as he gets back. He and Daer went on an overnight training hunt.
I dunno why you'd think the Regency too good for our help. I wouldna worry too much about such. They dun dictate what we do and I am sure that the many leaders in the Regulators will be able to decide what is best for our Union for the goal of order and peace and act on it accordingly with as much haste or patience as they'd like. In the end, it is the future for all that is at stake, and not one's own ego.
(If you meant that it is some in the Regency that thinks themselves too good, then perhaps those indivduals will one day get a better grasp on the world outside the stuffy box they seek safety in. Either way, it is nau to us to dictate to them nor them to dictate to us. And those that do nau realise this now,....will in time).
Nazralte, Lia, Porthos; they are all good and strong leaders with as much a mind to act as they are great thinkers. I am sure they have a handle on those matters as far as aid or nau.

I am glad that it sounds as though the family is getting along well with few bumps. The news of Mairsil and Shritana is wonderful news. I hope the hunt goes/ or did go as fun as possible with few serious injuries.
It also sounds like you and Maximus are doing great at holding things together during Mave's journey. Perhaps, before ya know it, Tarothin and I could join you all in the hunts. Maybe this will help Taro nau be so grouchy too.

The baby is due in a few weeks and seems extremly healthy and will be a powerful kicker. Perhaps he or she can join the bagball team. I think bein so big and not able ta move very well is makin me a bit grouchy as well, but dun worry, they were able to put the forest fire out after a couple of days. The fire nev'r woulda happened in the first place if the cook hadda placed the order for the sweet stick candy when I asked her to. It was nau my fault. We ran out of candy so, I got a lil bit grumpy. And it is nau as though I killed anyone. It was just a few trees and....stuff. I am sure the horsies will all come back eventually. And a stable is a silly place for lantern oil anyway. And we did need work done on the stable anyway.

I, myself, I'm trying again to learn how to cook. Sort of. I am nau allowed near the stove right now but cook lets me mix stuff and she puts it in the oven for me. As soon as Tarothin returns my Sulfuric Ash to me, I'll be mixing up some cookies for you and the rest of the Dark Order to bring home with us.
