Dear Chief Justice,

I first would like to congratulate you on your new apointment as Chief Justice. No one was more deserving of the position than you. Sadly, this letter has ill news as it comes with my account of what transpired here at Sea Reach last eve.

Last evening I had to go retreve something from Lilyth's home and I came to return home only to find the Army of the frontier at our doorstep. From what I witnessed, Arlin was among them. Certain members were setting fire to the court yard and a few of the members exclaimed to use it as a lavoritory. In short, they were defacing property and I witnessed it all.

Moments later Arlin, ontop of a mount that looked like it was struggling to hold his weight, came before me exlaiming that this was a retaliation from when the Council guilds moved through Yew trammel during the days of the Caravan. A move in which we did not damage property or cause distress to the public. Arlin has become a danger to the existance of the yew Citizens and I would like this to be considered as a formal complaint and should this villian be captured, I'd want him tried to the full extent of the law.

Sea Reach had feces and burn marks in the court yard and some of the walls were scared. Our bulletin board was vandalized as well. We have kept it in the state that it is in and I have put a ward on it to prevent further handling. Should you wish to see it, you've only need to ask.

The charges as I see them would be the following:
Vandalism (atleast 150k in damages and clean up), first degree tresspass as they were not invited nor welcomed, breaking an entering and mental distress damages as the lady of the house was very distraught upon seeing the damages. She was also concerned for me when Arlin himself threatened my existance. He nor any of his men touched me, but he did state that he had no problems attacking me where I stood. In all there must have been atleast 10 Frontier soldiers and all came with the intent to ruin a beautiful home for the sole reason of self gratification. I and Lady Noir demand justice.
