The repeated incursions by the Yew Commonwealth guilds on the Yew Court of Truth finally had results. Lilyth and Kotare listened as the leaders of the last battle told thier tales. Lady Glory Bladesong and Lord Elon of the Yew Liberation Front and Lady Sue Strider of the BlackWind Knights related the tale of thier battalions dusk assualt. They told of thier immense surprise on the next morning the Orcish horde that had overrun it had retreated in what seemed a permanent manner. The Commonwealth guilds had religiously patrolled the area clearing the roads for the merchants, keeping the fields from being trampled by the crushing Army of Orc Brutes and thier lesser minions. These campaigns had met with success, keeping the Horde pinned in it's primary position of the Court of Truth. Continued assaults had been made on the Court but the enemies numbers never seemed to lessen. This time tthey had driven them out. The people cheered as the announcement was made before the abbey, that indeed Yew Trammel was completely free of the influences of darkness that had once laid upon it. A joyous evening of drinking and dancing occured in Yew such as had not been seen in many years There was no occupying army, no small band of technomancers, only the living things of forest and swamp and the inhabitants of Yew and it's surrounds. Lilyth breathed a sigh of noticable relief, Yew Trammel was free, Yew Felucca had seen great strides towards it's freedom. The Court, the Abbey and the town were once again in the hands of the people, bereft of oppression at last. After the news was dispatched to the surrounds and the leaders of the guilds of Yew the group departed to the celebration in full swing at the winery. Thier good cheer and steadfastness through all the trials made Lilyth proud of her people. The people of Yew. The chant rose, Long Live Yew, Long Live the Commonwealth, Long Live the Council!
