‘The Government Britannia instated their new Governor Regent,
his Lord Nazralte of the Purus Decretum, on the eighteenth day of this our first month.’

‘His Lord Regent recited the following declaration for the peoples of Britannia’;

"In the presence of these individuals, I do solemnly and sincerely promise and declare that I will maintain the Constitution of Britannia and uphold its laws, that I will fulfill my duties faithfully and conscientiously in accordance with the Constitution and the law, and that I will dedicate my abilities to the service and welfare of the people of Britannia. May Virtue direct and sustain me."

...bowing his head momentarily, he continues...

‘His Lord Regent received the fealty pledge of the following Loyalist guilds, who recited this pledge’;

"I Pledge my Loyalty to the Regency, Lord Regent and its People. By the Virtues I hearby swear."

‘The Guardians of Vesper,
The Hand of Humanis,
Purus Decretum,
The Paladins of the Virtues,
The Britannian Guard,
The Empire of Nujel’m.’

‘The Lord Celebrant of the Holy Church of the Virtues made statement to this declaration’;

“The driving faith of each day having all the possibilities of meeting our dreams and expectations is what allows many Lightbringers and myself to continue on in hope and Virtue. This is also true of new beginnings of each and every institution, especially those who govern our society. We have just had the start of a new day, a new beginning, a new Regent. These are the opportunities where our hope and faith are raised, looking for an age of Virtue to begin anew. In this spirit I hope eternal that our new Regent will bestow Virtue upon our Regency and by doing so place Virtue as the central pillar upholding the House of the Regency. So may the Lamp of Virtue Light the path of our Regent upon the Paths of Virtue and thus allow him to lead all of us into an Age of Virtue.”
