Greetings, Citizens.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Vaen Swiftar, Proconsul of the Legion of Justice, part of the Northern Alliance. I have been watching your city, and believe that I can be of aid to each citizen, and at the same time, help to improve your life, so that your childrens' lives may improve, and their childrens', and so on.

If you could have someone in a leadership position, pertaining to the city, contact me by tonight, I will discuss with them ways to improve such a beautiful city. Else, if I do not hear from anyone, I will be there tonight, alongside a small company, to introduce myself in person, and explain how we, the Northern Alliance, can be of aid to you.
