Martin sat at his desk in Trinsic, and carefully penned a letter...

"Dragoona,

As you have probably heard, Trinsic will be conducting a bazaar this weekend. Included in the events will be a tourniment. We have designed certain rules that will need to be enforced, and can only be so by someone adept at....examining someone elses items without their consent.
The Council will of course pay for these services, a fee to be decided later.
We only ask that the usual...comicalness...conducted by the thieves be left out.

Slipping it into a letter and handing it to his pigeon, Martin returned to his home for the eve and contemplated the upcoming event, before retiring with Molly to the Garden.
