*the following letter is addressed to the entire RCL, and is to be read aloud at their next meeting*

My Dearest Molly and the members of the Royal Court,

I, Bailos, do write this notice to you on friendly and optimistic terms and I do pray that you will read it aloud for the rest of your courtsmen. As you may have wagered from the mention of my name and the recent goings on, I speak to you on the Sanctus.

I will first address some rumors which may have emerged. Sanctus, in its weakened state, has granted me the sole rights to the City proper and all the lands formally recognized as under Sanctus' control. Why you may ask? I am providing protection quite simply. Sanctus' once great military has been depleted to the point where the raids of petty theives were becoming a strain. The well being and continuation of Sanctus' glory is in my best interests as well, I assure you.

Sanctus will not be absorbed or destroyed. It will continue to exist as a sovereign nation, under my guidance, and seperate from the Order of the Ebon Skull, a common concern I have picked up on.

Next, Lady Sadira has been returned to Sanctus, a free woman, to tend to her hobbies. Lady Sadira has also agreed to take my hand in marriage and join me in pioneering a new age of prosperity for the Broken Continent and the city of Sanctus.

Lastly, I hate to advise you of this, but it is best to be said then left shelved. No action will be taken by the Royal Court against myself or City-State of Sanctus and her territories. We hold a fragile peace in the palm of our hands, let us not break it. No blood was shed for this revolution of enlightenment, let it not be spilled now when the olive branch of peace is so near.

Peace be to all of you, and you are all cordially invited to the wedding. I will take personal care to send you all invitations when a date has been chosen.

As he sends the letter off, hoping that it finds a loudmouth Court member soon, Bailos cant help but slip aloud, "I think my tact should keep them at bay...this may just work without destroying the city."

She reads the letter and raises a brow then mounts up and heads towards the road.

"The broken contenent my rump...", she mumbles as she leaves Gauntlet Isle, the center island of the broken contenent. "We will just see about that..."

She lightly pats the unicorn with her hand as she crosses the bridge to the mainland towards Sanctus. She is off to find Penny and see if there has been any word from Zarlox.
