Greetings General,

I need you to move all the Military and Diplomatic Personnal out of the town of Cove and its area. I want you to ask the population to evacuate or simply immigrate towards the city of Britain where new homes will be built for them at our cost. Cove will have new owners soon so i beg you to do this as quickly as possible. I will arrive with a fleet of boats on the southern coast of Cove in the morning of the day after tomorrow to evacuate everyone.
