Alessandra awoke from a fitful night of sleep. The nightmares had begun to once again plague her. She had decided it was time to put aside her pride and contact the one person that might have a clue as to what was happening... Drayden. She went to her study and pulled a fresh piece of parchment and began writing...


Dear Drayden,

I write to you this day with grave concern. The dreams have returned, and I do not believe that is all. If you believe I am simply going mad, then please do tell me, for I would welcome madness over the fear that now grows deep inside of me. I have not had these visions since the day you left to find Dialmon. Last evening I heard the shrieks and screams and even the strange laugh. Please reply as soon as you are able, for I am truly worried. Until then, remain safe.

She blew the ink dry and sealed it with a bit of wax and with a few words recalled to the steps of Drayden's home. Seeing the vials of blood, her face drained of all color and she fainted. There she was found when Raven returned from his errands. He took her into Drayden's home and laid her upon the soft bed until Master Drayden would return. He laid the note upon Drayden's desk so he might see it when he arrived.
