After negotiating the night before the Queen was able to make the demands of Lady Ceinwyn. Her crafter was putting the final touches on the crown and she had the warrants removed. A bit relieved that this should return her sister she penned a note:

Lady Ceinwyn Ab'arawn,

I have met your requests. The warrant by the Regency has been lifted. Also after speaking with the Royal Court there were none but you were asked for questioning. I have had the crown replica made to match mine, minus the royal seal, but by all other accounts it is an exact copy.
I think the caves will be fine for the trade if you wish another neutral location let me know and we will make the arrangements. Please contact me as to the time.

Carefully she sealed the letter and encased it. Calling for a servant to act as a messenger. She handed the man some gold coins for the trip and bid him a safe journey.
