Title: Blessings of War
Author: Cthulu
Ritual to be completed within the confines of any pentagram. To be cast with one caster and five readied combatants.
Ingredients required:
-Five vials of blood, collected from fallen foes
-Once clove of garlic
-One root of ginseng
-One root of mandrake
-One portion of sulphurous ash
Preparation:
-A word of warning. NOT following this ritual as it is written could be catastrophic and detrimental to it's participants!-
One vial of blood is to be placed at each of the five points of the pentagram. At this time, the appointed caster should take his place at the CENTER, followed by a combatant at each point. ALL MUST FACE TRUE SOUTH. The Ebon Skull was unearthed in the North, therefore participants must face South, in defiance of the Skull's enemies. At this time, until completion, the caster shall be the only one to speak. Combatants MAY make a silent pray to Oblivion at this time.
The Ritual:
To be spoken by the caster. "The blood of our fallen enemies shall give us strength and protection. As it has been done, shall it be done again. Oblivion guide us in this cause!"
The words of magic, "Vas UuS Sanct" the power directed at the occupant of the Southernmost point.
"ETHENG!"
At this point, all combatants should collect the "empty" vial at their feet to be refilled on the field of battle by the fallen foes.
Newly collected vials of blood are to be returned to the caster for safekeeping, until required again.
Walk in Darkness.

Izrem's Copy Notes:
-The method of this ritual is shamanistic in nature. This can be said as no refernce is made to any particular deity (such as "the Light" or "Oblivion") and it involves a very simple shamanistic reagent: blood. As of such, this ritual could be easily adapted for use by a group not of the Ebon Skull.
-The point of having all "combatants" face one direction is a logical step in this sort of group process, as it allows the energy of the spell to flow in one consistent direction, preventing any disruption while casting (a common issue in group casting). However, the issue of having all involved facing south in oppositon to the Ebon Skull's enemies seems purely an act of narcissism and chest beating. The direction of facing is irrelevant.
-While blood seems a somewhat barbaric reagent for use in such a ritual (this belief is mostly a lightbringer preconception. Even then mostly lightbringers of 'civilized' positions). However, this reagent is almost certainly a necessity as the spells seems to revolve around the use of the blood as medium through which the strength of the fallen foe can be used, Any other reagent would be ineffective and nullify the point of the ritual.
