Let a Government command her people with integrity to one primary source.

What is the primary source?

An established precept of behavior known as Principle.

What is a Principle?

There are three.

Truth. Love. Courage.

How does a polity govern successfully by these Principles?

The Government successful by the Principles is the Government endowed with leaders of moral and ethical standard. The Government that appoints its leaders based on postulate, fails. Verity in these Principles is sighted through the deeds, and notions of would be leaders.

Can Truth, Love and Courage be defined in correlation to Governance?

Yes. The Truthful Government demonstrates adherence to the pandect and doctrines they impose upon their populace. The Loving Government will express affection for her people in times of great fortune and equal in times of grave distress. The Courageous Government, regardless of consequence, remains steadfastly convicted to decisions that will ultimately benefit her populace, and not the individual.

Must integrity to the primary source be absolute?

It must be. Subsequent to the Government that commands her people, asserting the fundamental pandect, will evolve a territory populated with loyal, prosperous, and righteous people.
