Halston is a guard with an outstanding past in Lord British's royal Army.
He served as Sir Geoffrey's assistant for a while, until he was appointed the head of the FoA investigation. As a matter of principle, he continued the investigation admists calls from Sage Winslow that the FoA did not exist.
Following various leads, he took adventurers through a series of chases to root members of that cult out of their hiding places. He was present when the black wisps were defeated, and is the one who captured the FoA leader. Many say he is the backbone of the effort to stop the apocolyptic cult.
Halston's sword, crafted by his father, Jhon Montil, is the only true valuable possession he owns. The sword, was to be sold for a huge sum of money, but upon his appointment, his father gave this as a gift to him instead.
Unfortuanately, little else is known about Jhon Montil or the treasured past of Halston.
