Title: Land Charter and Title

I Sid McCleod , King of the Kingdom of Yew do hearby grant the Title of Township to Thraxstadt under the Charter of Yew. These lands and it's fruits shall be maintained, distributed and protected under the guidance of Lord Thrax I do also hearby bestow the Title of Baron of Thraxstadt upon Lord Thrax.

These gifts I bestow upon you for your unwavering support of Yew and myself.

Your continued fealty, adherence to the Virtues and pledge of troops in time of Yews need will be expected.
