Orcs are the oldest and fiercest foes of humanity, but these days have been largely driven into Underground refuges. They have a face somewhat like a pig and a muscular, man-like body. It has long been said that they eat the flesh of man, but I believe they harass man for his gold, not for his meat. They are a cruel and rapacious lot, and the surface is better for their absence, but there are those who say that we may expect a great resurgence of orcish aggression in the near future.

Orc Lords:

As Marshall to the orc horde, these leaders are vicious killers who crave only battle. They hurl their armies and their very selves at anything that approaches. Skulls of the orcish lord are prime trophies for veteran warriors, probably because they are so hard won.

Orc Bombers:

These industrious orcs have mastered the fine art of tinkering, and have shown themselves to be both clever and aggressive. Watch carefully when near an orc bomber, for they give little warning before hurling powerful explosives into the midst of unwary adventurers.

Orc Scouts:

Orc scouts are clever in battle. They can not only hide from their foes, when they feel their life is in danger, but they can detect hidden foes as well. The orc scout uses the common scout weapon of an orc bow, and their arrows cause large damage to those they hunt.

Orc Mages:

An orcish mage is an abomination to those who study the arcane. Like all things orcish, they leave a taint on all things they touch. Orcs obey no rules but their own, and as such force magic to obey their whims. The energies released by the orcish mage are almost always offensive in nature. It should be the sworn duty of all mages to seek out and eradicate the orcish mage.

Orc Brutes:

Orc Brutes are much larger and stronger than any of the other orc types, and have almost as little respect for their smaller kin as they do for humans. Orc brutes are a fearsome foe, as they deal massive blows, and have no qualms about lobbing smaller orc relatives at you in battle
