It is my belief that the senate meetings need to be more organized and timely. Therefore I formally present a proposal to the senate to change the current system.

Each department head would be required to submit no later then 5pm eastern time the day the meeting is to take place:

1) Their intended topic(s) for the upcoming senate meeting.

2) The amount of time they predict the topic(s) to take.

3) If a vote will need to be called for a particular topic(s).

4) Guests they wish to attend the meeting.

If an issue needs to be voted on, it will be up to the Chancellor to call for a vote on when that vote should take place (i.e. that meeting or the following one.) This would be put in place to make sure things are well thought out before set in stone.

The person to whom these topics were submitted would in turn compile them and send them to each department head no later then 5:30pm eastern time.
