Title: The Weapons

To first ensure that the weapons be able receive the incantation, they must be of the highest craftsmanship.
Being of metal, only the darkest iron will suffice.
Once crafted, they must be cured in the smoke of a fire amended with dead wood and steeped in a bath tinged with executioner's cap.
At this point, they are satisfactory vessels for the spell.
They are now ready for their baptism in the blood of a shade or specter, for the semitropical vitae of these creatures will begin the plane shifting nature of these weapons.
Finally, they must be carried through a moongate to complete their planar instability.
